My own personal story

I used to never go to the gym, eat like shit, sleep for 5 hours a day, DURING the day and not at night, and I was miserable and had no confidence. Through the past 3 years, I've grown so much as a person that I've decided to take that knowledge and give it to other people so I can help them get out of the pain I lived through every single day growing up.
